I just bought a MS Ultra and I have a BT608 battery tester that came with that little VCI 200. If I wish to use that VCI 200 with my Ultra and update the VCI firmware , will it no longer work for the BT608? ... and will MS Ultra Topology feature still work if I use the VCI 200 instead of the VCMI?

I purchased the Autel MK808s to use for any problems that could arise on two of our vehicles, First is our Jeep Gladiator Rubicon that recently with a no start. I connected this and nothing. I jump starting know either the AUX or main battery was bad. No Codes present. Once started I went to battery and it showed 13.2. Turned engine off and checked for codes and no codes!! So knowing Jeeps had problems with both batteries, I replaced both Batteries nad vehicle starts and runf great. Second incident- rear locker appeared on my dash. Once again I connnected my Autel MK808s and no codes. O read this also happens to many of the JL and JT Jeeps. I drove up to a local dealership and they connected their scanner. This occurs a lot. Their advise purchase bypass harness and everything works. Does Autel have a diagnostic scanner that will pick up on these problems? I recently paid $125.00 for the new updatea! John

Bought a TS501 TPMS tool in September of 2023. It is now referred to as a legacy tool even though is is still covered by the 1 year warranty... at least for a few more days. Also, updating process seems go to a dead end with message " Communicating with PS Suite.. Please Wait". After hours of waiting both the tool and PC go dark. Disappointing purchase

So the ITS600 is in the KM100 shell? Why don’t you offer the features to be updated by tool type? I don’t want 5+ scan tools in my box!!! What a bunch of crap, stealing from us hard working techs! Making us pay for updates / upgrades to prior model years! Not allowing cross-functionality on the scan tools. I want to use my KM100 as a TPMS and code reader and only pay for new model years where applicable. These tools are generic tablets that costs a few dollars to make. All their money is in charging us for features that aren’t supported on all models within a manufacturer with annual outrageous costs to the technician that doesn’t cover a large portion of vehicles you service frequently. Did I mention how they brick it out of subscription?! Again, hard pass! If you do purchase from them, well, it is said that there is one born every minute…

Chad the Autel ultra sucks it stop working after three years will not turn on send it in for repairs they remove the battery disconnected all the wiring cable it was not fix and send it back to me all disconnected i never had this problem with my snap on zeus Autel usa poor customer service.

I would never buy another Autel after sending in my Autel ultra for repairs for not turning on they open the tablet disconnected all the wires remove the battery and send the tablet back to me all disconnected so sad I will never buy another Autel.
