How? It must be some type of glitch. I was enchanting a bunch of armor early game to get levels. I enchanted a hood with a greater soul gem. The next enemy I was fighting; I noticed that the magicka meter never depleted. I have never seen anyone else duplicate this on KZbin so, I am proud to say that I discovered this glitch.

The 201st time will work!!! BTW, I went home and tried this 10 times and it worked all 10 times. Maybe you should get a new mouse/keyboard or your controller is bad. (or maybe, just maybe----errrrrr...user error).

@sabotagedlife8413 Not user error. Both friends and family that were able to do this have tried on my game, can't get in. I and a few others have been trying to get in off and on for over 2 years.

Nice! Thanks bro! At Lv 80 with not much left to do. Wanna finish maxing out my weapons and Starship skills. I figure another 8 levels or so and I’ll be done. NG+ I wanna concentrate on upping social and health skills.

I was in the same boat. I wanted to max some of the Starship skills and was tired of doing the side-quests that gave so little experience. I searched so many planets and this one seemed to have the most animals. I wanted to get to level 100 to get that final achievement. Now onto NG+.

They will never fix this glitch. You would think that they would have addressed this glitch during one of the many updates, new-gen copies and editions, but nope.
