It is unfair, that we who are disabled are penalized and loose our life saving medical support ( as well as supporting income) ,if decide we want to exercise the freedom, that others have ( marriage to whom ever we love). This very same freedom is not offered to us however. We are forced to live separate from our partners, for fear of "holding out" being applied as well ( again risking loss of life supporting benefits). Our group is the most penalized of all IMO,as laws have passed for other groups to have equal marriage rights, yet here we are still waiting our turn for the same Equality /rights as others , and still risking our lives ,if we do marry like everyone else ( loosing what is needed to survive) ....yes,it is a matter of life or death! Current laws are disabling in of itself, as the freedoms enjoyed by others, do not apply to us😢

That a pre teen child should have to justify getting disability supports by saying " I work and pay taxes"... WUT. There is far too much enphasis on money in our society , and not enough on people, on human beings. Even kids are targeted by eugenicist arguments about not "deserving" what they need.

Deprivation of sleep, is a form of torture. Criminalizing those who sleep in public creates constant fight or flight, stress response, PTSD.
