If I change layout on my instance of Salespad, does it change the layout for other users? I do not want to do that.

@Jacob Pegg Thanks for the reply, Jacob, but both of those links are dead, it seems. The users I am working with are right-clicking on the window where you create a sales order. They are changing the layout of the sales order creation screen by right clicking and selecting Customize Layout. Will this change layout for all users?

Trying to void a document when its moved to a Rejected queue. Added a workflow rule with a Condition ID 'SALES DOC FIELD = ' and Parameter of sd.source = 'VOID'. The order is moving to the Rejected queue as intended but left in an 'Open' instead of 'Void' status.

At 8:34 'price' is updated to $20. The quantity field has a zero (also 'cost' but its not displayed in the results). After 'update lines' is clicked the quantity did not change. Should it have and did the cost change?
