Have you got the glide pins? We had to get some from the Boori website. Hope this helps

How do you make it so that the safe track system can drop? I've tried releasing the bolts but its still locked in.

Find a solution? Same issue, followed the thing step by step but the side door doesnt slide

@@cbilici Thx for ur answer. Meanwhike i found the trick: the slide door need to be in the right side to work. It can ne tricky butbin short if the door is stuck and dont slide even though u did all properly, check if the sliding door is not simply in the wrong side.

This was not helpful. I’m trying to lower the cot and the insert does not fit. Perhaps a video of a real person doing this would be more useful
