Hi Denise - thanks for letting me know! While I don't hear a banging, I do detect some clicking - perhaps my computer mouse? I will look into how to correct it and be more mindful with future recordings. I'm learning! Sorry for the distraction.

Yes! Thanks for pointing that out, Fiona. My intention was to make these messages as inclusive as possible. Love is universal. And as one of my beta readers pointed out - this book "transcends the boundaries of religion and can be found in the existence of human beings". ;)
