Are you breathing out through your nose or mouth? Is one more effective than the other?
@DIVEWITHKHALID2 күн бұрын
Great question! For freestyle, it's recommended to breathe out through your nose while underwater and through your mouth when you turn to breathe. Both are effective, but controlling your breath is key!

You are kicking too much.
@DIVEWITHKHALID2 күн бұрын
Thanks for your comment! Actually, the kicking is intentional to maintain speed and balance, but I’ll take your feedback into consideration for future videos.
@ChecXYkitout2 күн бұрын
@@DIVEWITHKHALID . Cheers mate. The reason I say so is because I struggle with breathlessness, and kicking too hard, too much makes it even worse.

The video is nice but as I a beginner I don't see the fear in this video specially in deep waters. I doubt if this person is really a beginner.
@DIVEWITHKHALID3 күн бұрын
Thank you for your feedback! I understand that deep water fear can be a real challenge, especially for beginners. The person in the video may appear confident, but I assure you that everyone has their own pace in overcoming that fear. I’ll definitely include more tips in future videos on how to handle fear in deep water. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts

Recovery phase the elbow should be facing up??
@DIVEWITHKHALID10 күн бұрын
Great question! Yes, during the recovery phase of freestyle swimming, it's ideal for the elbow to be high and leading the movement. This helps maintain an efficient and relaxed stroke, reducing strain on your shoulders. Keep focusing on smooth, controlled movements!
