Almost all crab is pre-cooked on the boat, or the pier. Steam them for 5-6 mins and violá! You’ll have the best king crab ever! Season your water is absolutely correct!

Instant pot it for 5 minutes, and king crab turns out perfect. Crab wasn’t meant to be boiled, baked, air fried, it was meant to be steamed, and NOTHING cooks crab better than a good steam, and nothing steams better than an instant pot. Y’all will thank me later. PS-don’t forget the old bay tho EDIT-for snow crabs only steam for 3 minutes.

I grew up in Moreno Valley when it was known as Sunnymead I was the first class of Moreno Valley high school 1980 I did a lot of hanging around box spring mountain and down pigeon pass were the eucalyptus orchard used to be I have a cousin that lives up on the hill there off of pigeon Pass the very first left after you passed a little Elementary school on the left-hand side he lives up in that area But I left Moreno Valley in 1984 when they sold over 400 lots for new homes in one weekend I lived there when Riverside Raceway was still in operation Paul Newman used to race there all the time they tore it down and built in Automall right off the 60 freeway we used to ride dirt bikes all up in that area

Here are my thoughts, if people don't have the money they won't buy. So the job market will 100% control what happens to the housing market. I know I was looking at buying a 2nd home out of state, and those homes I was looking at have dropped $20-30,000 in the last month...along with a huge influx of homes available. The bottom line though is, rent is going to sky rocket. So always better to buy a home if possible.
