This album is amazing, even if only for the one vocal part, "the finger of blame has turned upon itself..." with one vocal screaming in the background. I always start this album with that song and then play the whole thing thru.

The part about the house sitter is absolute bullshit. My grandmother lived right next to them (((()) behind them actually)) and knew the family well. There was a housekeeper. Why do people listen to these fucking lies.

FYI...The bearded, portly American guy talking here, Mickey Jones, was Bob Dylan's drummer during Dylan's first tour of England after going electric.

What I find interesting is that Woodface was their most successful album internationally, but I consider it their worst album due to the goofy nature of some of the songs. No disrespect as I consider Neil Finn one of the top three greatest singer/songwriters of all time.

In the first halve of the 1970’s F.M. must have been on tour constantly. I remember seeing them open for almost every concert I went to except for Zeppelin. I love the Bob Welch years my favorite and when they were recording the first Lp with Buckingham, Nicks at the record plant in Mill valley, I met them. I acted like a snob very immature. What a great band and fantastic discography . I have them all on Cd except after Tusk. I was in love with Joni Mitchell and Christine Perfect in my teens.

10:36 - And, of course, NOBODY has a voice like yours, Mr. Astbury. I own everything you guys have released, saw you on the Sonic Temple tour, my old cover band used to do Lil Devil and Gone (loved that tune - I got to drop F-Bombs all night long😎😎😎). I watch your appearance at the House of Strombo and your amazing performance of She Sells Sanctuary almost daily - my wife hates me for it, but she's 18 years younger than I am. Keep on keepin' on, y'all. You're one of my favorites of all time.

Every day I wake up & go to sleep with Great Big Sea & Alan Doyle & I am 100% addicted! It’s on my car radio, throughout my home, at outdoor functions, on my blanket at the beach, in my purse & in my pocket. I love dancing around my home blasting these tunes. I love all the new Ballads you released this year. Your welcome Home Tour was amazing. I am still trying to grab some summer concerts for sale as I find I don’t move fast enough to buy them when they come up for sale all of a sudden when on flash sales. I’ll keep trying! Looking forward to your next shows! 🎶 🎸

I actually remember the Eat to the Beat video album. I think Blondie might have been the first band to do this. I had a friend from school who had it on laser disc. It wasn’t available on VHS until a year or so later. 🏄♂️
