How are these smaller compressirs for home / hobby / diy everyday tasks? I have a small workshop / shed in my driveway, where i work on wheelchairs (im a wheelchair customizer / salesperson / technician) i often have to blow chairs i get in off, blow up tires, and small hobby stuff like blowing up toys etc. Since i dont have space or the need for a 20L or bigger unit. I mate of mine offerede me a new nardi compressor like this (the newer grey model) for a fine price. You think it would be enough for the shed? All my nailers for construction are cordless so id never use it for that ;-) thanks in advance, great video! Btw, what model is the ray bans? They fire ;-)
@claytonhnelson12 күн бұрын
Thank you! Ray Bans are RB 4165 Justin. Most certainly, I think that compressor would be perfect for what you’re needing. I have mine based in my garage for airing up tires and projects exactly like what you were talking about and I love it.

I get a 5 gallon or better yet a 7 gallon bucket and put the bag in the bucket, then get 3 alligator clamps to hold the bag open. Then make a funnel out of thin metal flashing. Shovel it in. Easier on the back then bending low.

I have a gas powered Dewalt lawn mower. I have the back grass shoot with the bag. Is there a way to use it without the Bag? It fills up way to fast
@claytonhnelson18 күн бұрын
Oh heck, yes, I have my flap on a string and just tie it up when the grass gets tall

I hope you do well with whatever you're doing and I'll definitely throw a subscribe your way. Yikes. Watch some thru hiker gear load out videos to see what the people who have done hundreds of miles on trails have used. Then when you have lighter gear, take it out on some day hikes or front country camp trips (like a state park) to practice using it before going to a remote backcountry trail. You will be more comfortable and safer on the trail with good gear that is lighter weight and that you are more comfortable using (because you have practiced using it when your life doesn't depend on it). Also, look into freeze dried backpacking meals. They have high calories with less weight. And most of them aren't terrible. Haha.

I lived in Houston 12 years. I had a good buddy, Ken Seagraves that was from Loisiana. He was certified bat shit crazy, and the most fun person I have ever been around? HE was the epitomie of CoonAss!. Everytime we got together, I was sure we were going to jail, lol. Anyway, back up north, years later, I'm at work, and we had some borrow outs from LA. I asked my conductor if he was a coonass. HOLY SCHNIEKIE! the room went crazy! How can you SAY that? WTF? Conducter looks at me and say YES I am. Thirty years ago, me being back up in NE, we had a Dispatcher from Houston. I loved talking to her about all of the places we had been? She said she was married to a Coonass. Total respect after that? lol. People are so thin skinned these days. Wan't to find anything they can that offends them? I'm sick of it.

I saw your name on that refrigerator in the gully. Finally got around to looking you up. This was an entertaining video haha. Eagle rock Loop is an amazing trail and always a kick in the ass. I always feel it for a few days after that hike. The water convenience is as good as it gets in any american trail. But I still bring two 1-liter bottles in addition to the filter. Great to be able to do all the camp stuff without going back to the stream 10 times. Definitely get your pack under 30lbs. 17-25 is preferable. Lose the massage gun lmao. I highly recommend crocs for this hike due to the river crossings. You don’t want to get your shoes or socks wet, so just go sockless crocs for the big river crossings (these change drastically based on recent rains). The crocs almost weigh nothing and they make great shoes around the camp. I have given up trail mix recently in favor of a big breakfast and a big dinner. I recommend the Mountainhouse freeze dried meals.

Sorry for the slow response. I started small and learned as I went. As the project sizes grew, so did my confidence. The other part is, get insurance and licensed asap. So many doors open at that point. Thanks for the question!

I like your idea but unfortunately the pipe is very expensive for the rare emergency I would need to fill bags. I might try to construct using 8" x 48" concrete form tubes found at HD for $11. Just need to think of a good attachment method so the tube material doesn't tear where it fastens to the wood.

@drydreams85137 ай бұрын
That’s pretty good realistically people are not firing nails that fast, maybe if you are laying down some flooring or sheeting a roof with plywood u might be able to out pace the compressor. Building a wall or installing some door headers would be slow enough at least with one person plugged into the compressor id imagine. I have been eyeing this little 1 gallon compressor at harbor freight for awhile now,I’m always tempted by it sexy body and size but I never thought it could handle a framing gun. Throw a 3/8 coupler and 3/8 hose on it and you’ll be in business, it would be nice not to lug around my 4gallon 80 pound ridged compressor if the job doesn’t require it

Somewhat negative below. But it's possible in the future that these locations might be remembered and become a valuable source of reclaiming the holy Bible after it's been band or stolen from the people in the future. Which everybody knows eventually will happen .
