Heading from Newcastle to Sunderlamd and vice versa on Sunday, is the MetroStation inside of this Train Station or are they completley seperate? Kind of panicking as the changeover time between my trains are tight and I have never been here before

Hi! Yes you can access Central Station Metro Station from within the main Central Station seen here. You can see the yellow Metro signs at 2:15 in this video (it is close to Burger King, opposite Costa Coffee). You will go down some stairs to the ticket area, then down an escalator to the Metro platforms. The station staff are very friendly and will be happy to direct you if needed. No need to panic 👍🏻 Enjoy your trip

Hello, thanks for your comment, the wind is not that strong (sometimes it could be), but we recommend buying a windbreaker. It could be annoying sometimes when you are lying down. The temperature is amazing; the wind makes it cooler and more pleasant.
