A lovely video and weel done for showing the sign about giving the seals space. Shockingly there have been reports in the local press about youths throwing stones at the seals. There is scaffolding all around the lighthouse at the moment, as it is being repainted.. about time too, as it was in a shocking state .. inside is even worse. Regards from Whitley Bay

Heading from Newcastle to Sunderlamd and vice versa on Sunday, is the MetroStation inside of this Train Station or are they completley seperate? Kind of panicking as the changeover time between my trains are tight and I have never been here before

Hi! Yes you can access Central Station Metro Station from within the main Central Station seen here. You can see the yellow Metro signs at 2:15 in this video (it is close to Burger King, opposite Costa Coffee). You will go down some stairs to the ticket area, then down an escalator to the Metro platforms. The station staff are very friendly and will be happy to direct you if needed. No need to panic 👍🏻 Enjoy your trip
