I love this idea! I used something similiar for a teacher training in Thailand - I had a hold day of presenting how to make and make teaching materials. Everytime someone asked a question or made a comment, they got paper money. At the end of the day, the teachers could then use the money to buy all the teaching materials I had brought. So, I love using this idea with the kids!!

Just wondering, how were you able to make it to the interview process in Google. They ask for a transcript and I feel like it basically says no to lower 3.0 GPA students. I was also 2.7gpa in a top30 U, and I used referral, with start-up internship experiences on my resume, finished coding challenge in time passing all test cases, then nothing.
