This is bullshit, how can outside people out vote when 3 out of 6 are judges and in appointment of 2 outside people 3 people are involved judge, prime minister, leader of opposition. Utter bullshit this is the reason India is third world country, corruption and lies in front of everyone.

Designation of Sr Advocates is mostly of Standing Counsels, relatives of judges and existing Sr Advocates and despite SC guidelines many brilliant Advocates are overlooked.

If minorities would like to take out a procession, all state governments grant permission straightaway. If hindu groups seek permission state governments deny and invariably forced to approach high courts for permission. And every year, the high courts pass orders with laundry list of conditions, akin to directing the police to be responsible but impotent to rein in the criminals. If so, who the govts and courts consider as inherently violent? Not even one judge could show his vertebrae to ask the Govt why every year you surrender governance to us?
