Interesting her husband recently did such a winsome reveal of Indian immigrants success as families. Their life story is very similar to Indian immigrants in that their family values and their work ethic are fabulous. But I liked her husband‘s article on these statistics about Indian families and how sacrificial they are for their children. I am a stay at home mom for our special needs daughter. As a Christian, I have always felt a wife and mother can best serve her family by serving at the home. I was a little disappointed to find out his wife has a nanny. Somehow, as a Christian, I ‘m inclined to think, because of what we read in scripture, that we can pass on our values to our children the best if we pass them on directly, and moms have that opportunity to be home with our children, especially if our husband‘s are such good providers. That provides moms the room to invest in our children’s lives more.
