Hi! As the GX1040 isn't available in the United States, we don't have any information on it. We can tell you the MAXIFY GX2020's dimensions, though, and its length, width, and height are 14.8" x 15.0" x 8.9" (37.6 cm x 38.1 cm x 22.6 cm). With its trays extended, the dimensions change to 14.8" x 20.1" x 10.3" (37.6 cm x 51.1 cm x 26.2 cm). When you find information for the GX1040, you can compare its dimensions against the numbers we just provided. Hope this helps!

Canon - thanks and i use your DPP exclusively - BUT PLEASE tell me two things. 1. when using collection (which is great) is there a setting which tells me where the photo is actually stored. 2. when modifying in collection or any other location when i go to save it does not default to the orignal file location. HELP

I have a question, in the R3 manual it states you can not attach the following speedlites to the accessory shoe without the adapter 600ex 580iiex but now I’m told it’s to keep the weather sealing that the 600/580ii spoedlites offer, it says nothing in the R3 manual that the 600/580 will work without the adapter but will not be weather sealed, I’ve just wasted £69 buying one for my incoming R3.

That's okay! For your PIXMA MG3520, you'll need an A-to-B USB cable. If you don't already have one, you can find this industry-standard USB cable wherever electronics are sold. Hope this helps!

@canon - I’m helping my parents with my grandfathers funeral. We have family all over the world and will bring my camera to be able to stream the service. I’m bringing all my tech to be able connect family during this sad occasion. But leading up the funeral, I find out that you don’t offer this service outside of the US? Countless searches online shows that many customers are upset with you about this. I’d be happy to give you my money! I’ll even pay the USD amount even though I’m Canadian. Can you please give this your attention to provide this capability to customers outside of the US? It’s the least you can do after I have spent thousands of dollars on your products.

My favorite part about this printer is that you don't list the usb standard or show any photos of the connectors anywhere on the internet. Really gives you confidence that this is a good product.

If I connect two Canon R3 via a network cable, can I trigger the record on both by pressing record on one? I use two R3 for interviews. It would be great if pressing record on one would trigger both so that I don't have to move between cameras.

Hello, Add-on applications, like Auto Tracking Application, are installed directly onto the camera. This allows them to be run without the need for a computer, simplifying operations and setup. A separate license is required for each camera. The license can be downloaded and installed for a free trial period. See the Downloads section, under your camera model for links and directions. Hi Niclas! That sounds troublesome. Did you update the firmware on the R5 camera body and on the CN-E 18-80mm lens? There is a firmware update that needs to be done on the lens as well. Definitely! The reach of the EF 100-400mm lens would be like being on stage. Please keep in mind that some concerts and the venues that host them might have restrictions on what kind of camera equipment you can bring in, including limits on the physical length of a lens and whether the lens is removable.
