Thank you very much for the video. I honestly didn't have an idea about how to recover my websites. I've been fighting to get them back since July 2023 and the customer service of Bluehost regarding this malware issue is really terrible and they have proven to be so. I'm really disappointed I'm a loyal customer since 2017 after this horrible experience with the malware thing I'm not going to be their customer anymore... Their customer support keeps directing me to purchase site lock and they have been doing so for more than seven times no jokes no exaggerations even though I accepted to pay they did not call. I lost the momentum to my posting and you know Google now I am not on the Internet map anymore and I have to build everything from the beginning. Thank you so much for your clarifications and explanations. They were very supportive. Keep it up and I hope to get my websites back. They go by a different name now Business Travel Management. I was scammed before by EHS and received a call today by Business Travel Management for a conference. Do not give them any info!

Just because no one has left a review on a business's listing does not mean that their Gayborhood advertising was a scam, it just means that there were no reviews left. That also doesn't mean the businesses weren't found in searches, and you would know that because you had access to your traffic report/results. The refund issue you are talking about complies exactly with the advertising agreement that you signed. If you didn't read the fine-print, then that is your issue. You act and sound exactly like a disgruntled advertiser who didn't get more than what they signed up for. With that said, it isn't fair or honest of you to deface a company that cares about the LGBT community. I've worked at Gayborhood for over 6 years, and what we have done for people is a beautiful and honest thing.

This is today's email I received from another victim of EHM SCAM: "Hi Carlos, first of all: many thanks for your video. It didn’t help me yet, but I hope it will. I am just in the middle of the dispute with EHM, what happened to me was practically identical to what you described. And, I feel awful about it, but… anyway. I wanted to ask you if you could provide me some material (written) evidences I could use to support my claim with credit card provider (i.e. any written response from your card provider). I filed fraud claim and sent the entire conversation and other documents, but I was disappointed with my card provider reaction which was: “We contacted EHM and they told us you ordered service which they delivered.” Case closed. I was just scammed by Michael from Exhibition Housing Management. He explained that they were the vendor to go through when I needed to hold a hotel room block for my company attending the upcoming conference. The timing was perfect and I believed him, unfortunately, and went through with the order. After I canceled my reservation, they charged me a 25% fee of the entire cost of the hotel block. I have been fighting back and forth with them for days to remove the penalty fee, but they wouldn't budge. I then googled them and BAM, this is what I found. I've blocked my credit card and will have to cancel it completely now. Waiting to see what happens next....Wish I had more common sense and wish I had found this video earlier...

I have just got scammed by this "EHM". they cold called me last week said they know our company is the exhibitor in the KL exhibition, they are in charge of the housing for exhibitors. the girl asked me whether I booked the hotel, I told her I booked the suite room with lounge access on agoda for 98usd per night including everything (tax and service charge) she told me they have better rate including everything(85USD) for the same type of room I have on agoda, so she can help me fix the booking. I didn't even think about this could be a scam just follow her guide on the phone and filled the booking form. she also told me there won't have any charges until two weeks before we check in. but actually they charged 25% of the full payment as deposit right away, there's also a surcharges for 9.35usd per night. when I checked with the hotel about my room information, they told me it's a superior room without lounge access. so they asked me to pay 94USD for a superior room , but the one I had with agoda before was 98USD per night for suiteroom with lounge access. just now I checked on agoda, the superior room is only 80usd per night including tax and service charge. they were totally misleading for through the booking. when I contacted with them they told me they only have superior room and that's the best room of the hotel. they asked me to email them to explain this thing , but afterwards they were ignoring my email and didn't pick up my phone. after 4 days keep tried to contact with them, finally a guy called "ADAM BAT" replied, and he said there's no prove shows I requested suite room, and if I cancel the booking now they also won't give my deposit back cause I agreed with the terms and conditions. BUT WHEN I WAS BOOKING THE HOTEL I DIDN'T SEE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEY ALSO DIDN'T GIVE ME THE DIFFERENT ROOM TYPE TO CHOOSE ON THE BOOKING FORM, NOW THEY SUDDENLY HAVE THE TERMS AND CONDITION. the booking form link they sent to me before has already expired, and the refuse to send me the link again. they are trying to misleading you to make the booking with them on the phone, and get you to sign something you didn't even see the whole thing end up when you complain to them they are pushing all the problem on yourself. I have checked with hotel about the booking, the hotel told me the booking is actually made through expedia, I checked with expedia about this hotel booking, it's free cancellation 2 days before check in. the worst case I think will be they charge you the full among then they cancel the whole booking, since it's free cancellation on expedia until 2 days before check in. now I have reported to my credit card bank (AMEX) and also changed a new card . they will take 6-8 weeks to do the investigation. I hope they will check about this company on google, not just to call them, cause I'm sure they have a way to make it seems they are doing everything illegally. I do wish there is a way to close down this company!

Here is another email I got yesterday from a man scammed by Exhibitors Housing International in Europe: ------ Dear Carlos, First of all, thank you for what you’re doing to warn people. I have been invited as a speaker to a bioinformatics conference in March 2016. Two days ago, i got a phone call at my office from Daniela Jackson, employee in this company. She had all the details about the conference and we discussed together about the check-in and check-out dates to book an hotel. She asked me to fill a online form whose link was enclosed in an email i got right after the phone call. I filled my credit card details and i signed the form with a kind of drawing widget included in it. This form engaged me to pay for 3 nights at 99€ each. I’m always careful about everything related to bank transactions, but the phone call and the well-designed online form convinced me (and the fact that i was in a hurry). Nevertheless i checked with google about this company (unfortunately after the submission of the form). I decided to cancel immediately my credit card (boring but fastest way to limit the risks). Yesterday, i checked with my bank and we found that this blocked a transaction of 110 € initiated by EHM, located in Germany, I sent an email to the organizers of the conference and they told me that they are not affiliated with “Exhibitors Housing Management”. They have informed their legal team as this has happened before and they were warned to stay away from their websites. I have contacted the hotel to warn them about this company. Thank you. Hi Carlos, Here is some info about these scammers. They are all Egyptians and are located in Cairo with no physical presence in the US, (i visited the address on the site) and they have been scamming companies for years. They use online hotel suppliers such as Travellanda.com, hotelspro.com, dotw.com, hotelbeds.com, travco.com, mikitravel.co.uk, jactravel.com and some other ones. Basically, what everyone needs to do is complaint to these companies about the scammers and they will shut their accounts.

I was also recently scammed by these folks. They cold called me multiple times pretending to be booking my "pre paid room" on behalf of the conference organizers, and then they walked me through the submission of an electronic form over the phone. I'm now in dispute resolution between the bank and EHM. Don't fall for this!

Dear Carlos, Indeed I posted here, but I don't know what happen with my post.... I might have deleted it by accident. Anyway, I have contacted with our law department and my credit card company and there will be a war with these guys. Since this is clearly a fraudulent, these people do not have any legal base to stand in the court and claim any "penalties" on the putative contract or what ever you have agreed with them. I have been told that I am not the only one who was scammed from our conference participants and I am looking forward to meet these people very soon. We will combine forces for sure. I was burned by this company when I was the keynote speaker for a conference in Las Vegas. I filed a claim with my bank, Bank of America, and after 4 months, I won the claim. Do not book through EHM. It's one big headache.
