Consistency when it comes to sliding and jumping, doing that perfectly gets you a lot of momentum. Grapple it’s an easy pilot to do this with, swim as well

It’s definitely harder to get into when you are playing against people who’ve had practice for years. I suggest running an smg until you feel comfortable moving at speed, def takes some effort, but so worth it. (I suggest learning movement tek from the speed running community, particularly two runners named bryonato and zweek have made some really good videos about the movement tek I highly suggest checking out)
