Yes, I got it replaced. They replaced the Joy-Con that was broken. They tried to fix the problem instead of refunding me, which has both good and bad sides. It's bad if you wanted a refund to buy their new controller, but it's good because they actually work with you step by step. This is unusual for me because, in my experience, companies don't usually offer that level of support.
