I love the way everything referenced the beauty of insects in some way, sometimes obvious, other times subtle, but the inspiration is there throughout. Those models pulled it off fabulously, the modern nepo babies wouldn't be able to.

@@kerinsian8844 I hate people that say iconic but this was actually iconic. I really miss the smoke and mirrors, the energy and glamour of it all. The models were fabulous back then because they had attitudes and egos, they actually made you believe you could conquer the whole world with a nice outfit and a few squirts of perfume back then. Maybe I'm just old but they don't seem to do that now. A lot of the magic's just gone for me. I get so excited to see 90s supers but then the campaigns they're put in are just lifeless. I miss the glory days.

The 90s when the models were real models rather than somebodys offspring. It used to be that models were chosen because of their exceptional beauty and their height and thin frames. Today it's all nepotism. It's who your parents are that matters and nothing else. Vile really. These girls in this show are an example of what the differences are. I don't need to explain. You have 👀 of your own

The couturieres or seamstresses are the REAL ARTISTS!!! Even in the beginning Christian would dream/sketch it but then his director of design and teams of talented couturieres would figure out how to construct it, mold it, shape it into masterpieces. Bring his visions to life. Bravo!!

To me Coco Rocha stands out - she is very different from others: White skin, sultry look in the eyes, thick voluminous hair, attitude. I get Avril Lavigne inspired vibe from her. For sure, Tatyana and Vlada are goddesses too

@ Hi! I meant that as opposed to other models looking more tanned/faked tanned, Coco skin looks naturally pale which stood out to me. I understand your comment about diversity and I support that.

Damn, was the theme inspired by Hitchcock’s The Birds, Salem Village, and the Wicked Witch of the West all wrapped up with a demonic mood? Very threatening and evil. Makes me want to go the church.
