2:16 worst line of the movie. Writing, delivery, everything. It’s very wooden and I’m not sure what they were going for. Is Anakin afraid or confident or neither? Why is he just repeating back what Palpatine said in a monotone voice?

i wish they kept the politics more in the second and third film, but so many people complained about them. not only is the politics of star wars so interesting, but it gave more to padme as a character. she may not have been in battles with a lightsaber but her impact on the story theough the politics is so powerful

The theater went NUTS when Yoda tossed those poor guards against the wall. It was like everyone had been waiting their entire lives to see what the little green man could do, and they knew they were about to see.

Fun fact: Hayden Christensen actually asked if he coupd wear the Vader suit for the Vader scenes and George Lucas allowed it, which i love because it would've felt weird if another person played Vader in the ending scene
