Hi, for the zip codes, the actual zip code can be a duplicate. A zip code can have 2 different town names assigned to it.

Good explanation! I do not what I was doing wrong on my side which it was not working, I mean this last method. Finally I figured it out. The problem was persmission, I did not have permission on that particular database, once I granted permission, it was easy as drinking water!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge

Please study cyber-security and modern database implementation, at least for a few minutes. I worry about the vulnerability surface your students are going to bring to their companies

Hi Tom, Thanks for the explanation. I followed the last method (tasks, then script database). I however notice my triggers and constraints are not getting migrated to the new DB. Any advise on why this is happening?

43:19 “spin-odd” or “spin-off”? I found this video is useful with some tips. The level is beginner-intermediate, I think. In general, I like this course but the lecturer always makes errors (“typo”) and for a code/programmer/developer it is a not good trait; those ppl have to be Perfectionists! Please answer re. “Spin-odd”. I hope it is an error and not a new term. Thank you.

Full Outer join is useful when comparing two tables that should have a one to one relationship. For example orders and payments, if an order is unpaid is equally important to a misapplied or duplicated payment.

No for the date "between" keyword does not include last day, if the date is 12-31-1969 it will get records till 12-30-1969. Please confirm.
@mikefenn005 жыл бұрын
I've encountered this issue, but it was because the column included the date AND time. For example, in the UPDATE_DATE column a row in my table has the value 1969-12-31 07:01:39. If I search BETWEEN 1969-01-01 and 1969-12-31 it's really searching 1969-01-01 00:00:00 and 1969-12-31 00:00:00. Since my data occurred AFTER 1969-12-31 00:00:00 it will not be returned. If that is actually the case then you would want to query BETWEEN 1969-01-01 00:00:00 and 1969-12-31 23:59:59. I hope that helps.
