Am I supposed to feel this when as a suppose it minority I've never been in position to be considered middle class and I've lived on my own in Chicago since I was in my mid 20s and nobody is pointing it out for us...but I will admit that nobody should be subjected to this as a future... welcome to the reality poor ppl have been dealing with the entire time

But they still have to pay the loan back with money that has already been taxed. This really isn't tax avoidance. It's a strategy to allow your investments to grow at a higher rate when market gains are higher than the cost interest rates.

Even those numbers aren't accurate. He was just being nice, by penny pinching prices. Most people live in a deficit. Negative funds every month. Some people, like myself, have to choose which bill they have to pay first.

One of the issues with the borrowing strategy that nobody ever talks about, is when they need to repay the principal. They do sometimes need to sell a sufficient amount to pay down a loan, which would open then to capital gains. They do, do things like this for sure, but it's not as fool proof as people say either

Well actually in reality where I am, it's been tough for a long time for all the generations. We've all felt a well of compassion for one another, in spite of how uncool the government wants us to think free power should make us all feel lol are you aware that power is free? They just charge us for it. That's all. We pay the government workers wages to go and make the power already There's no reason to send us another bill except just to make us give them more money. That's all. There's no reason for it. They don't need it. They are rich. all they do is turn the "static" wheel. That's it.

Causing economic crashes, raising kids in this time just costs too much. Population reduction it is planned from the top. Conspiracy theory??? Look around you especially your receipt

True story... we skated in under the line... literally. We closed on our house Oct. 22 2020. Moved in Dec 20 2020. And the very next month rates skyrocketed. But we were outbid 10 times before we even got home when trying to buy. Corporate asset management firms are buying homes sight unseen for 10 to 15% over asking price stealing the children's chances at future happiness and success. Also free Luigi.

100%. I don’t know why the hell we all bought into this bullshit system - working 5 days a week, starvation wages, waking up early, being away from our families the majority of the time. Why the hell did we buy into this crap? Figures it would be a BlackRock executive saying this. They are the enemy of the people. They’re trying to brainwash you. Tell them to “Fuck off!”. 🖕

The American life span has gone down not up. Raising the retirement age is ridiculous. They want to raise the age in lieu of making the wealthy pay their fair share. They don't pay any payroll tax for any of their millions or billions over the social security cap of about $168K THOUSAND....THOUSAND. Everything they make over that figure is TAX FREE. They need to pay more so Millennials and Gen Z don't have to work until the DIE. The US population is geriatric. We need more young people working and the ONLY way to do that is to let the youthful immigrants in to the United States. PROCESS THEM QUICKLY and put them to work so we don't have to raise the retirement age AND vote to have the wealthy pay more into our social programs. It takes too long to have babies, educate them and put them to work. We NEED the immigrants. Our elected officials need to quit taking payola and do what's right for we the people!

Truthfully, the only way to get out of this--especially if you're 30 or under!!--is to buy IUL life insurance (Indexed Universal Life), set up a family trust, buy businesses (but still have a job!) and the whole extended family live together in a house (bought or built) large enough for all of you. Pay the life insurance monthly from working--and the business proceeds!--then borrow from the policy when you need cash. Only way to go about it. Single people will barely be able to make it anymore. Blessings! 🙏💞

Deferred taxes, not no taxes. The benefit is that the assets may grow at a rate greater than the interest paid on the debt. Eventually the debt will need to be repaid, so assets will need to be sold to cover that. Taking on new debt to cover repayment of the old is another strategy, which further delays the payment of taxes. But the key point here is to defer, not never pay taxes. This is why the proposal of a wealth tax is being floated by the Democrats.

The same thing that is happening now, happened to Generation X in 1990s. And no one cares. No one mentions us in the news, statistics, or anywhere else for that matter. We effectively disappeared and we suffer in silence, financially speaking. The same thing that happened to us is going to happen to Millennials, because Boomers will not pass their money 💰 down to Millennials. Boomers are only going to spend it on themselves. Statistics tell us this. I don't blame Millennials for bucking the status quo: Go to college, get a good job, save for your retirement. The status quo doesn't work anymore. So, Millennials: Do your side hustle things, hit 🎯 up the stock market, do whatever you have to do out here to make sure you can take care of yourselves and your families. I support you and will be doing the same things myself soon. Smart people who see themselves slipping behind financially will join you. Blessings! 🙏💞

That is most definitely not the reason why the US can't tax them. A wealth tax would fix that. The reason the US doesn't tax their billionaires is because the politicians take money from the billionaires through campaign donations. It's corruption.
