I think it should be investigated if the state now and then is legislated with the Bible written as a story. The word immunity (Latin immunitas, freedom from obligations to the state) comes from a religious revelation from the middle ages, most likely from a pope to become lawless, and which has since been rewritten into sovereign, absolute, and qualified immunity (legally, cannot be prosecuted for criminal act) to the governor, government, senator (origin, the Roman Empire), congress, cabinet, and Supreme Court for law decisions and actions. This. would have meant insurance companies who cover medical providers would have panicked over the ambiguous wording. Those companies and the doctors they cover would have needed to err on the side of caution while this measure was defined by the courts. Meanwhile and infants born early with underdeveloped organs (lungs often the most affected by early labor) would have been put on machines as usual in hopes they gained weight and could develop further. However, the infants who do not develop further, and are suffering every day could not be extubated and allowed to die naturally. Parents would have to watch their children suffer until the courts decided whether or not the infants who are failing to thrive would have to continue suffering indefinitely until their organs begin to fail in spite of machines that artificially preserve their lives. It is a monstrous thing to do to dying infants and their parents. It is also cruel to the medical care providers watching helplessly. Shame on them for trying this. It's almost as bad as the Ohio legislature's 2019 2ND attempt to pass a law forcing doctors to perform surgery to implant removed ectopic embryos into the patients' uteri no matter their wishes (which is assault, and they had been told as much), and is impossible because it is not a procedure that exists in medical science (they knew that too) or charges would be brought even including MURDER! Government has no place in medical decisions, especially when they attempt to trick voters with language that sounds like it is benevolent and is anything but benevolent.

Sick people in Montana... The problem is that plenty of women are sick and do choose to kill their babies due to the mothers "mental health" and not an actual medical reason. Preemies at 20 weeks CAN survive if given immediate medical attention. These people's word mean nothing. It's all about your political affiliation.

In 2012 I signed a Relinquishment of Parental Rights and Consent to Adopt. This was prepared by an attorney hired by the childs grandmother. She wanted to adopt her as she has had taken care of her since birth in 2009. In 2012 the District Court accepted the Relinquishment and terminated my Parental Rights. I had been without a job and steady housing from 2008 to 2013 and felt this was best due to my circumstances. This is permanent and irrevocable. It terminates any notice to me of an adoption or any court action. It terminates the parent child relationship. It termiates all financial support as well. In late 2015 and beginning of 2016 the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services Child Support Division started a support order and immediately began garnishing my wages and backdated the order to 2012 which put me $17K in debt and paying $1200.00 monthly plus health insurance premiums. I typically make less than $20K a year on average. I suffer from mental health issues (depression and suicidal ideation) that DPHHS is also aware of. I've been trying for 6 years to get this in front of a judge. DPHHS ignored a court order already in place from 2012 and illegally placed a massive child support order against me. I have recently had a bankruptcy attorney file a motion to dismiss but blocked by DPHHS before it gets to a judge. She can go no further as it's not her wheelhouse and shes done all this probono. DPHHS argues that the District Court Judge had no right to terminate my parental rights in a guardianship hearing. The grandmother was granted permanent guardianship and did not further apply for adoption. I Requested DPHHS to immediately return her to my custody if my parental rights are not terminated and they refused to do so saying my rights were terminated. Judge Mary Jane Knisely who accepted the relinquishment and terminated my parental rights knew me and my situation. I was homeless and struggled to get any mental health services. The mental health center in billings never provided me with any services despite applying every 9 months for 3 years. To further this injustice the state DPHHS discriminated against me for either sex or mental health or they are just out to get me. They only opened a support order against me and not the mother. They stated the mother has other children for the reason but I have other children too. I have been through every administrative hearing including mediation where they continue to ignor the law even when directly referenced. They refuse to hear cases setting a precedence from the Supreme Court and have kept me from seeing a judge. I feel I'm "Trafficked" by the state for money. I was able to turn my situation around in late 2012 and found housing. I got married, bought a house and had a child in 2015. Only to lose everything and end up on the street again in March of 2016. My future endeavors were relying on this relinquishment and termination to be true as i understood it to be final and irrevocable just as the grandmother relied on this to maintain custody all these years. I just left my 1st and only pain doctor after 2 years of his abuse after he berated me for drinking when I dont drink! he put it in my chart even though there was no lab he claimed! no arguing, I've always been pleasant, and easy, ....so I take the hint and ask to be discharged....the jerk wrote that He initiated the discharge when it was I who initiated. ffwf, the new pain clinic I got referred to said they won't take me just based of my records and discharge letter!? wth? now, they're screwing with me getting help? Every time I see his face or hear his voice, all I can think about is Montana elected a convicted criminal. A man-brat who believes it is acceptable to attack someone doing their job. If they are law abiding gun owners then they shouldn't have a problem with a background check. These measures are for the safety of everyone. Just as we regulate vehicles we must regulate weapons.
