I played siege on console, and then on apex I switched to linear with no AA and it was cringe at first but I ended up liking the way it felt and played like that for like a year

Honestly controller is better for the majority. It is designed to be easier to pick up and the rate at which you will improve is faster because you don’t need as many inputs to play. Its ease of use allows you to focus on other things like how you actually play the game to get better if you’re already incredible with aim then the aim assist will only make it better. There’s a reason most pros use controller. HOWEVER mnk is far superior but takes longer to reach the top. People say it’s super easy after picking up but anyone actually crazy with movement spends hundreds of hours mastering these moves in the range and combining them with aim is difficult. I’ve played both. Both are enjoyable. Mnk has a much higher skill ceiling giving the top 1% a bigger advantage over the top 1% of controller players. Just for the masses controller will be easier to get to the top with than mnk. Not because controller is better because it’s not but because it’s easier to pick up. The top 1% of mnk will destroy the top1% of controller anyday. For most players I don’t think it matters which they use. Having over 2000 hours in apex the average player from what I have observed even with aimbot wouldn’t be much better because they don’t make smart decisions while playing. This changes once you start playing at diamond or higher but even your average play player would lose a majority of their fights to An actual diamond player. There’s tiers to that too a high diamond will crap on most low diamonds because that’s where aim and movement start mattering a lot more while playing than just your game sense

Easily controller, unless you’re willing to put thousands of hours into your aim and movement. Controller gives you a ton of benifits with little work

been on mnk for over a year after switching from xbox, so i have experience with both. apex is the only game that i play with controller. it's so crazy that players get more AA if they're on console too. let me toggle cross play and nerf pc AA, then the game will be good

Having a good setting without aim assist can greatly enhance your aim movements of playing with a controller. Personally I prefer to play with aim assist turned off sense I don’t like the lock on really it makes my game sense dog when turned on

When you use terms like lock on you’re just adding fire to the mnk retardants 😂 AA does not in no way lock on it guides you so you still need to control recoil and AIM. Respectfully 👍🏽

Bro aim assist is so useless, I turned it off just in case some pc player try’s to argue with me that it’s OP and it had nearly zero effect of my aim, I had a bad first few games but after that it was as if I never turned it off in the first place, and lowkey this is kinda a skill issue
