Hello! When layering the face and the lining pieces together they do not have to go right sides together, since they will not be turned inside out. They're just being layered as-is ^_^

Hello! You can find materials at various craft stores and online fabric suppliers. Not sure where you're located, but in the US, some places that sell fabrics and sewing materials are Joann Fabrics, and even some Walmart stores also have it in their craft sections. Local quilting shops may also carry various types of materials, but I'm sure it may vary.

This is a great tutorial! I thought it would be as simple as cutting a long strip of fabric without sewing, but this makes more sense. I used to do the lighter trick to finish off the ends of point shoe ribbons when I sewed them on

I get them from various places, but some examples of stores include Joann Fabric, Michael's (they sell fabric online only), Blue Moon Fabrics, SAS Fabric, Spandex House, Spandex World, Fishman's Fabrics, and various other online shops as well as shops in the LA Fashion District, whenever I get a chance to visit Los Angeles. ^_^

Thank you for the compliment! I've been meaning to refilm the tutorials to be updated to my current offerings. The tutorials were originally created before I started selling my patterns on Etsy, so if you'd like to skip the math and measuring as much as possible, you can find the skirt pattern pre-made for you in my online shops ^_^ The hip roll tutorial will be added onto the refilmed versions, but in the meantime, that tutorial is also available on my blog on my website. Hello! Sorry for the delay, I have it about half way filmed, just need to finish recording and editing. My health unfortunately took a turn over the summer so that really slowed me down :( but hoping to find a path to health again to be able to get back to producing more content and tutorials. ^_^
