Contractors need to start making a hell of a lot more of these one bedroom, one bath houses. I am a single woman no kids. I have no desire to get married or have children. I want to buy a house that I can live and die in! And I’m not spending money on an extra room so that people might want to stay over. They can find their own damn houses. Start making more of these contractors. And don’t worry about the resale value because none of us are going to sell these because they would be the perfect house for us all to live it!

The bathroom so close to the kitchen. You get that in a camper.

A good house to build on a slope that makes use of the basement level. The layout is quite reasonable. The exterior shots look like there would be some attic/loft space as well, but you'd need to relocate the stairs to access it.

I'm loving this. all the colors look good. I'd have to take out the door in the bedroom that goes to back porch just a little scary for me. Laundry room is great love side by sides. Is there a sleeping loft? Kinda looks like there could be one from the outside. I need the plans for this one. How do I get that.

Just a suggestion....would have been great to begin the tour by walking in through the front door to get a better sense of the flow

I'm trying to figure out if I want this one was the basement or without mostly for tornado reasons but I do know I want to change up a few things for mine such as a walkway about 7 feet ceiling attic with skylights two in the front three in the back so I could have a stargazing View since the lands out in the country and it would be a very nice set up that I have planned out kind of like a dream space where I can fully relax and not have to think about anything that would cause anxiety and I really like this idea because for one I wanted a two story but realize that would be too much for long-term but I really like this idea because it's kind of like having a treehouse inside your home
