IMO, it's great what the producers are doing here. Instead of going full-formula (BabyMetal-formula), they're really experimenting with the girls. So, the producers are basically refuting that old logic "midia sees BabyMetal sells, midia creates more BabyMetal-like bands, by doing so, midia hurts Metal genre"; those girls and Babymetal only are alike on the clothing, and the instrumentation, besides that it's _in a away_ new.

Even the instrumentation has been has been changed. They used karaoke for two concerts, then had Asterism backing them.

Miko's voice was always so good and amazing, even when she was in Sakura Gakuin. Sakia's dance wow, and she is so tall now. Yume is just amazing. Yagi Miki did not disapear this time around. lol. But i do hope they could go with Babymetal arround the world as a openning group for them.

Great video, but how on earth did I miss this? First thoughts. One: Someone in the audience really likes ‘Yume-Chan’! Second: Comparisons with their elder sisters in babymetal are inevitable, I guess, but I feel METALVERSE are more than different enough to be successful in their own right. BM’s music felt like metal songs with J-Pop/Idol vocals and choreography added to it; METALVERSE feels like straight-up J-Pop/Idol with metal instrumentation. Track one is beautiful, and the singer’s voice is haunting. The choreography is spot-on-hypnotic-with the girls moving in perfect unison with each other. I think it would be hard to listen to an audio-only version without visualising their movements; however, just as I was lulled into a relaxed, meditative state, the epic break-down kicked in! I’ll admit it caught me by surprise, but somehow it felt right and not out of place. Track two is fun and catchy. It is similar to the first track in that it seems like a Latin-themed pop song (with some random Italian words) until the insanely heavy guitar parts start. It’s a real earworm, that’s for sure! Track three is basically a metal swing song, complete with the girls performing the Charleston dance to it. It’s bonkers, but it works for some reason. Once again, the girls are incredibly in sync with each other and fun to watch. I have to make a special mention of the singer, as her vocals are absolutely superb, as are her vocals, her dancing, and her command of the stage, especially as she seems young too. She is very pretty too, and If such a thing is possible, she’s almost too pretty. Her performance is quite sensual, which I was not expecting (given they are a BM sister act) and shows that MV are going to have a slightly more adult cool image and carve out their own niche in the music world. Oh, and I’m assuming the backing band is the Western Kami Band? Damn, the drummer is good, and it shows in this video just how versatile he is, switching from extreme metal to Latin and then swing without any trouble. Anyway, I definitely need to see more, and hopefully some music will be available soon. A question for fans on here: who are the five girls, and are they ex-SG girls, as I suspect?

Yeah, they are great! The choreography is just wondrous! I agree with you, I just did not feel like the second was as great as the others... But overall, I as a recently new fan of BabyMetal wait anxiously for those girls show their goods! I just didn't get one point of your, you said that the vocalist moves were "sensual", could you elaborate more? (No cancelations intended in this question).

@@ewertonsilva8780 By ‘sensual’ I was referring to the little mannerisms: stroking her fingertips along her chin, winking, or poking her tongue out, at the camera, slowly moving her hand down her body etc. No disrespect to her in any way. I was just a little surprised, that’s all. It was a more ‘grown-up’ performance than their big sisters in BM. Hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

avexは東京女子流をちゃんと売れないので不安。かといってアミューズもアイドルに実績がない。BOYSTYLEが上手くいったかといえばそうでもない。アーティスト売りは女子流で悲劇を見ている。Perfume やBABYMETAL のように楽曲、コンセプト、演出での斬新さが欲しいが簡単ではない。KZbin で配信している番組もちょっとキャピキャピし過ぎていて、それをすがちゃんがまとめ切れていない感じで見づらい。パフォーマンスの実力はある。ビジュアルも十分。後は売り方だけどお金をかけて期待ほどの成果があがらないとアミューズなだけにすぐ解散させられそうで怖い。そうなにしろ怖い。こんなことばっかり考えて怖がっている

＠onefive の危うさは感じるね。AmuseのPerfumeさんやBABYMETALが成立しているのは、コンセプトとMUSICとボーカルが優れていたから、何を言っているのか聞き取れない歌詞やどこに飛んでいくか分からないリズムとメロディーでは、ヒット曲にはならないからなぁ。ヒット曲が出ないとグループも覚えてもらえない。名曲だと覚えてもらえるけどグループ名が覚えてもらえないこともある。一度、魂を抉るようなメロディーと歌詞を聴いてみたいと思います。音楽番組も激減しているから、どうなんでしょうね。となれば、タイアップか。アニメとかドラマとか。未来図は良かったよね。

ダンス上手、という一番上手の子は美樹ちゃんですね。確かに最終年度、美樹と美湖、同学年の二人がダンス上手かったです。 海の満ち引きの原因を「マグロ」と答えた天才肌でした🐥
