I did a similar build with a 69 c10 and 2012 GMC half ton, but kept the old interior. I have a 73 crew cab I have been wanting to go this route with. I'd love to pick your brain on some things if you wouldn't mind answering some questions.

So weird I was just in camp hill at the barber school with my step son Monday being his live model and I was sitting across from you. I seen the shirt your live model had on and I knew that name from somewhere and I just so happen to get on KZbin and bam your face looked so familiar. Small world. Btw hope you passed. My step son did and is opening his barber shop in Altoona pa. Goodluck. Awesome channel been watching for awhile.

Wow what a freaking bad ass build !!! I have a 76 f150 that I'm in the process of building now and it's going to eventually be getting a 7.3 diesel and zf6 or zf5 manual in it but I'm not sure if I should try to use the 76 frame (which is in fantastic shape) or just use a newer 7.3 frame. Super bad ass truck though for sure has to be one of if not the most bad ass 68 Ford pickup for sure. I love the fact that you used a 6.7 diesel also. Super freaking cool build.

Dude, that slipping the cab onto the existing floor pan of a King Ranch is mind boggling. You zipped it all together like is was meant to be, phenomenal!

Fabulous build, getting ready to do the same thing myself, been looking for that "perfect" donor at the moment...this is very thought inspiring!

Seems like a lot of work. Was this easier than adapting the 7.3 and the coil front suspension to the dent side chassis???

Very cool. I drive a 13 king ranch cclb for my daily. Best truck I ever had. Looking at doing the same build minus the big lift. Thanks for the details.
