I have put Lubest XTM 10 on my Gan 11 Pro (5-6 drops total) and... it turned much slower. I cleaned the cube and have put Gan 2 lube. The cube works better than after Lubest, but still much worse than new. What do I do wrong ?

If you have a low viscosity lube you need to put less in. Also the more drops you get in your cube the more sluggish it wil become. Seems to me you need a high viscosity lube (and less of it) Good luck finding what suits best for you.

Would you recommend the non magnetic version? I saw one at a store and it was 10 AUD.

Hi there! It could be a great cube yes. But in my experience: I'm used to magnetic cubes for quite some years now. And it feels "weird" when I use non magnetic cubes now. To each his own. But I wouldn't recomend. On the other hand: it's just 10 dollars so wouldn't realy hurt the bank? Hope to have helped you a bit? Have a nice day :)

@@BelgianSpeedcuber Yeah, though I'm ordering from Big W and the non magnetic version is 10 dollars while the magnet is 18 dollars + the fact that it's out of stock online and in store.

That's the second version (monsgergo edu I'm assuming) The second version has screws indeed, I have a review video on it as well. But I suggest just to loosen up the screw a little (1 turn and see if you can dissasemble it) Keep in mind how many turns you loosened, to tighten it back up when you've put it back together. Thx for your question. Unfortunatly with the monstergo cubes: you can't change the magnets. But on the other hand: these are medium stong ones to my opinion. And I quite like them. Hope this helps?

Sorry to hear it's not working. But this one is with magnets instead of springs? Carefully place the first part in the centerpiece and then secure the second part with the latch.

I like the first one better, because it has tensioning nuts instead of screws. (Like I mentioned in video) but that's all personal preferance. I also have a video where I review the first version ( if that helps) Good luck choosing. And happy cubing!! :)

I'd still get the Moyu Super Rs3m, my classmate has this and it's crazy fast, but the magnets aren't that strong.

how do you clean the outer layer? I have the soft version of the cube, and the white face has straight out become gray from all the use I've given it. I've tried almost everything to clean it, yet nothing works. Some of the soft texture has started to peal off, and you can clearly tell the cube is meant to be WHITE, not gray... please help :(

I have the same feeling about this indeed... Quite sad that such an expensive cube does this. I've seen they discontinued the soft version tho. But it doesn't justify the soft versions that's been sold already. I've tried contacting gan about this, but they didn't come with a solution.

hi i got problem one day my monster go was pretty good to solve but i loosen up the screw to clean and reassemble but after done that the cube become loosen and when i tight the screw the cube corner cut is bad (monster go edu cube btw)

Hi! Tensioning your cube is a tricky thing. You have to try to find the balance between good corner cutting and the cube not being able to pop. But in the beginning it's very tricky to get it right. And to know what settings you'll like. If that makes any sense. Good luck finding the right tensions for you!

Accidentally made my cube fall apart when trying to tension it had no idea what I was doing, but now it's back together and feels a lot better to me not being as loose thanks to you. Thank you so much.
