Many of these homes are model homes that tend to be sold already. So for me to give an accurate price, you would have to build the same exact house with a massive amount of upgrades. They tend to put in these model homes and the prices will vary, depending on what size lot you purchase. Unfortunately, that price may change if you saw this video today or if you see it 3-4 years after we post it. Hope that makes sense

I couldn’t tell you the answer, but these are some of the top luxury builders in the region. It’s hard to imagine them using cheap materials.

Hey there. Those fees come out of your taxes. Tons of less expensive options for sure. You can find homes in the $300,000 range and even brand new homes in the 400,000 range.

Hello. I’ve not heard of check. Did you mean Home Owner Association?

I am not sure but I presume it is. It says association check required on MLS and on some realtor sites I.e Michael Saunders just we are looking around florida for somewhere to retire does this apply if paying cash thanks

@@daidavies6210 I do not believe that there are any communities in Lakewood Ranch without an HOA. You may consider communities that don't offer all of those amenities. (tennis, pool, pickleball, etc) There are options

Certainly, I think the backyard area could have been planned out to better utilize the space
