Mai apki bat se bilkul sehmat karta hu....aur mai bhut had tak ancient wisdom ko follow bhi karta hu...lekin medical case me ya unki lifestyle ke wajah se body bhut stiff ho jati hai toh is tarah ka technique bhut madad karta hai.... Hamare purvaj ke zamane log bhut active hua karte the par vo chij ab bilkul nahi hai...

Tum thikha, non veg, fast food, masale dar, heavy chij khana band kar do, Pani jyada Piya Karo, salad includ karo lunch and dinner me, yogasana kiya karo, pet saaf rakh Karo, subha uthne ke bad 2-3 glass se jyada Pani piyo toh washroom acha aaega, jyada stress mat lo, happy raho, simple khana rakho.

Don't worry it happen sometimes body having too much acidity.. Don't practice directly if haven't done earlier do some basic like downward dog pose, dolphin pose

@@shahanaz3990 pratice for 10sec each legs gradually you can increase duration...after that start taking single leg little away from wall then bring it back practice this with both...
