I've had numerous lucid dreams throughout my life. The first occurred when I was a teenager over 25 years ago. Initially, I didn't understand what it was exactly, but some time after I realised I had experienced a lucid dream-where you're intensely aware that you're dreaming and have the ability to control the dream's events. Each time it occurred, I wanted to fly, so I soared through the skies, fully aware that I was in a dream state. It was an extraordinary sensation. Only once did it happen after meditating, and that was the last time it happened. All previous instances had arisen spontaneously, without conscious effort.

Thank you so much! After one session, I started to feel whole again after dealing with someone who attached to me and drained my energy in a very aggressive way. Mr. Tenzin. My Wife is away from me, bacause your stupid meditation and stupid away from Slavonic culture. You have not clue about energy, nature and synergy with surronding space. Go away to your Tibetian place and stop make money and go against China. Nobody wants you in Slavonic Poland. I will put course on you.

Love you I have known this since a child and lost my way! now I’m back because this resonates. I have dreamt as a child what I have lived today. And recognized it at first it was nonstop deja vu I was aware that I’ve dreamt this. They call it deja reve. It was my lucid dreaming that helped me see life is a dream. Many lucid dreams as a child.
