What ages would you say is best for the nature study course? It looks so good! But I’m wondering if the videos are too long for my 1st grader! You have such good finds! We’ve gotten RAR and the driven grace studies after seeing your videos

My first grader sits through it but idk if I would do it if it was just her. I would say it depends on your kids, but 3rd grade would be perfect. ❤️ I'm so happy my videos have helped! Hope you enjoy all the great resources.

You have the best videos!!!!!! So grateful for your wisdom and insight. I’m trying to figure out how to do this with younger kiddos😅I have a preschooler and 2nd grader about to start homeschooling but also a two year old and 5 month old too. I’m not sure how I could take these amounts of time with them they are super busy and needy with the two youngers especially. Any suggestions or insight with kids so young? Trying not to feel overwhelmed at the thought of doing this haha.

Is there a spot I can download your little binder pages? I LOVE your organization. I am brand new to homeschooling, about to pull my preschooler and 2nd grader and start after Christmas. I have looked into CC but we can't afford it at the moment, I see you were doing some CC Geography with your kids. Could I still do this with mine as well and not do the community? I wrote down everything from your video haha, so helpful thank you!

Oh how exciting! Yes! You can actually buy the Foundations book and just use that for your memory work. It has the maps in that book too. ❤️

@mamalovescloth Yes! A different curriculum for math and Reading/Language Arts. The IEW is for 2nd or 3rd grade and up. I can't remember exactly so you might wanna look it up. I always recommend The Good and The Beautiful because it's so easy when you first start. Then when you feel you understand how to homeschool and what your child needs, then branch out to other curriculums if you want. ❤️ Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. Okay, this is a question from a video a long time ago, I saw that you used a specific thing for audiobooks, can I have the name of it and does it do chapter books? Do you still use it and recommended?

Hi! I mostly use Audible for audio books. But do you mean Yoto? The audiobooks that are on cards?

@claudiazamorano3975 No. My 11 yr old loves it! It's nice to have them listen to something that doesn't require screens. The longer books are dramatizations though. So it's not read word for word from the books.

I will check out that video! I guess I am more talking about the cards for each with that have the info your kiddos are needing to memorize. I usually just write what we have been learning in a notebook and have them do recitation from that but I love the color coded info. It looks like it might be from classical conversations? It’s just so nice for the brain 😂

They are so real and encouraging and you are doing such an AMAZING job homeschooling your children. I love how this video shows that with a routine you can have 'organized chaos' and get everyone's schooling in without feeling like you are a ping pong ball bouncing from one kid to another. Oh thank you for your kind words! It does get a little thin timewise when you have kids in that age range because they still need you for almost everything. I’m at the beginning of your video. This is my 4th year homeschooling and first year homeschooling two. I still feel like I don’t have it down and still trying to figure out the best way for us. @throughfaithandgrace2970 It usually matches up with what my Women's Bible study is doing. Right now we're going through the book of Acts but it is just the Bible. We use something similar to the SOAP method where we read one chapter 4 times throughout the week, looking at different things and praying through it. Then we get together once a week to discuss what God has been teaching us. I've also been a part of Bible Study Fellowship in the past. That is a great women's Bible study where you can take your kiddos and they study the same part of the Bible you're studying. You might have one in your area. As far as studies themselves, I've used Proverbs 31 Ministries and Daily Grace studies. Both have been wonderful! I hear good things about The Bible Recap too. 😉 I've also just found commentaries and read them along with Scripture. For example I'm studying Leviticus when my Women's Bible study has off weeks and I just have a good commentary on it cause the Lord knows I need help with THAT one! 😂 Sorry! That was a ton of info. Do you have a church where you can get plugged into a Bible study group?
