Enjoy your videos Nathan. These are good inside views into elite runners training programs. I try to warn sprinters though to not do too many indoor track bends, only focus on the 60 straight sections for speed work. One maybe two bend efforts. Tendonitis comes from max efforts on tight bends.

Just found this - Yep, KB swings are great exercise, especially for runners. ...Usually, this move is called a "Power Swing" when putting the bell down each cycle too.

Never static stretch before doing most activities unless it’s sore ,tight etc

I did this whole warm up in my yard as my workout for a month and lost 10 pounds. From one side of my yard and back for each work out was 5,000 steps for me. Let’s go my man, thank you a dynamic warm up/work out
