Search paleo diet, cut out dairy, look to food not medication, seriously, give it a try

first off, i'd like to thank you for your honesty. after this video, i did experiment with all kinds of make-up. i'd feel good for a few days, but then i'd feel worst off than before realizing it didn't eliminate all of my flaws. i'm not saying make-up is the devil, but for me, it hurts my confidence rather than boosts it. now i'm embracing the minimal make-up look with mascara, an eyelash curler, good skincare, and God's unconditional love :D

@jason63209 aww, thanks :) first off, i'd like to say that a person's confidence in one's self is probably way more attractive and can totally "mask" whatever YOU think is a blemish (i just learned this..). but the trick i used to get rid of the scars is using vitamin e oil. put it over the area of concern probably every other day. it gets sticky so you can lightly rinse but don't take it all off!! plus, drink lots of water. hope this helps :)
