I had those kind of tassels on my 1986 FXST grips for years, They always whipped my arms riding done the road. They finally gave out on me one by one. Great looking bike.

Beautiful bike that is for sure, I am thinking of getting the Heritage later on down the road. My 2017 Ultra rides like a Cadillac and it is just to heavy sometimes you always have to think about having the bike do all the work for you, practicing leaning and maneuvering skills all the time instead of just riding the damn thing like a normal bike in slow traffic. Radio speakers etc I don't use that stuff or did I ever need it. But my wife loves the ride I can only hope she would like the Heritage ride just as good for a 200lb less motorcycle. Our 2017 is the best riding motorcycle we have ever owned we just do not want to sacrifice the difference in ride quality. Great Video, Thanks

Real good-looking ride! If I didn’t have moral objections to the way my local HD dealer does business, I’d be on a Heritage. But my Indian Springfield has a lot in common with your Heritage, and I didn’t have to darken a dark door to get it. I admire the vintage touches. Thank you for posting!

That was an S&S motor , and high end stuff , I got lucky to have about 4K in it , if you find a wrecked H-D , a salvage repo , or other , you may be able to build one cheaply , otherwise you will spend a bunch more on one . In the U.S.A. we can get these from salvage lots , accident claims , and theft recoveries with salvage titles pretty reasonable . Good luck .
