This is not a Rennie's RE. This vehicle worked for Ulsterbus all it's life before she entered preservation and the branding on the vehicle is it's (Translink) Ulsterbus branding which has remained unchanged since it was withdrawn by Ulsterbus in 2004.

You're probably confusing this one with a different preserved Bristol RE from the same batch.

@@Blissful690UK Nope I am on about this vehicle BXI2584. It has been in storage most of time since entering preservation and it only returned to the road in late 2023 and her owner has not touched the Ulsterbus livery or branding as I said she looks the same from when she was withdrawn from service. The only thing that has been changed on the vehicle is the destination blind. Plus I am from Northern Ireland and involved in bus preservation I know the (Translink) Ulsterbus branding when I see it I grew up with that branding on the REs. Plus I know other people who have seen the bus recently and confirmed she still retains her Ulsterbus branding.

I got it from the Internet Archive (only the BBC Four airings - the even higher quality ones sourced from the master tapes I got from a MEGA link via the Popscene forum). I can't post full TOTP episodes otherwise the BBC will be responsible for terminating my account.

I've never been able to tell the difference between the 1981 and 1983 versions of the Yellow Pearl music, although apparently there is a slight difference.

Actually, some of these are sourced from the original master tapes (complete with VT clock and some extra bits), of which full editions are available to download via a MEGA link that's posted on the Popscene forum. Others come from the BBC Four airings, which I was able to obtain on the Internet Archive.

Thanks for the playlist with all the charts. It's always annoyed me that KZbin doesn't allow comments on playlists. I've got a lot of them on my channel and I'd like to know what people think of them, or if they have any new ideas I haven't thought of. On this video itself, I think the green screen effect doesn't look good at all. Pleased they eventually ditched it.

Decent loading. But it will only get the passengers where there will be an easy change of bus (not requiring a trek up or down hill in Edinburgh City Centre to change) without carrying luggage. The Lothian 100 is a double decker with plenty of luggage rscks. Brightbus's single decker with tiny luggage rack aren't going to grab all the Lothisn 100 passengers who are carrying luggage.

Most of the buses that attended the event are owned by private individuals. It's as if you'd say that the Dennis Trident I filmed isn't owned by Stagecoach East London.
