Phoenix Lifestyle Innovations is a not for profit organisation that uses good physical health to promote good mental health. We provide support for those in active recovery from addictions , those with poor mental health, women’s refuges, prisons and many more.
Our founder and CEO Lewis Baker was given two months to live if he didn’t stop drinking, and he is using the tools he learned in his recovery as way of helping others in the same situation he was.
Addictions and mental illness can be debilitating and we don’t want anyone to suffer . It is our goal to improve the lives of anyone that comes to us.
We believe the power of groups and the positive impact of improved physical health will make a real difference and will make life easier .
This channel will be full of behind the scenes content , uplifting videos and great meditations . We are keen for this channel to grow with our organisation .
