First that the R2 it's a Rectifier JFET preamp, and the Mooer it's a digitally version of the 5150, VERY different emulations, not even close on flavour... Second that the R2 sounds alot better anyway.

If you're going into the front of the amp, why not use the "Drive" output? The "Preamp" out is designed to go into the FX loop return.

I can not get hi gain in boss katana too. When i try to chug it seems like crunch when i use palm mute even if its too much gain in brown chanel. I think about buying amt, does it sounds really better?

Yes, katana hi gain is bad. I have this AMT, and it sounds good, with SD 1 is super, but my piece of gear is now in service, cus it does not give a "HI" gain now, will see what i will get from vendor.

To make the Katana chug, you have to edit it in tone tone studio. Editing the global EQ or adding an EQ in the effects loop/post , and adjusting the boost pedals make a huge difference. A lot of additional features in the tone studio.

Only pointer I can give you relax your wrist a bit during the verses, your picking just sounds a bit stiff, my old guitar teacher taught me to play more with your thumb, its a picking technique where your picking movements comes from the knuckle of your thumb , it's tricky at first but you can get some speed going with that technique because it takes tension from the wrist and gives you a bit more flow, otherwise awesome job man. I'll be learning this song from your video
