I’m new to your channel, but I was watching you talk about your back issues and the pillow that you use. I also have issues with my back and I have to do stretches. One that helps me a lot is laying on my bed on my back and bringing one leg up to my chest and point the opposite legs foot. It will stretch the back of your leg. Hold the stretch then switch legs and do the same to the other. I’m also in my forties and stretching your whole body helps with our aches and pains and to keep you limber.

I'm much older (70) but I love your uplifting spirit. I used to travel to Chicago for business many years ago; great town and I love seeing the Sears Tower and other landmark buildings. Regarding loss, it never gets easier. Life transforms and with the right frame of mind and support, you can keep memories alive and create new ones. Hope you had wonderful Christmas with your family.

In most Western society, single women will be single for a very long time. It's more likely single in the 40s as well. Then, after that, it's pretty much a wrap. However, there's more to life than crying about a man. Pick up more hours at work. Serve the pastor a cold glass of water during his sermon & help feed parishioners in the basement. Or, make hot meals at home and feed the homeless. In service to God; gives more meaningful and purpose in one's life.

Same. We lost my dad 7 years ago the week before Thanksgiving and less than a month before my 40th birthday. I spent that whole year fretting 40 being single with no children and all. Had I known it was my last year with my dad… I grew up hearing that the holidays were a tough time for some people. I get it now. But today I’m choosing to be grateful and remember that I’m still blessed with a good life. Just found your channel and really loving so far.
