I've heard it's good practice to tap on the top before you pull because it releases spores and encourages them to grow back.

I don’t know about carrots in mypho you sure that’s Vietnamese pho or thai pho ?

We were using it in the broth for flavor, but I love carrot too much to throw it away after the broth is done.

That’s fantastic. I’d love to go mushroom hunting. Question- Aren’t you supposed to cut the mushroom off at the base rather than pulling it so the next generation grows back faster?
@BLFTNW23 күн бұрын
I think so. We're just excited to find some and forget all about it.

Looks amazing! Could you share a recipe or a quick how to? Or at least the spices or aromatics you used? Thank you!

Regular flour and corn starch to coat the mushrooms. Spices, black pepper, and chicken bouillon - granulated. Garnished with garlic, onion, green onion and some 🌶 for some heat.

What an awesome spread of ingredients. I'm curious: whats in the dipping sauce and how'd you make the hotpot broth?! 🫡
@BLFTNWАй бұрын
Broth: Bullhead BBQ sauce mix with coconut milk, sugar, quail eggs, Matsutake or other mushroom, and cut up steak into cubes size. Dipping sauce: Fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, chilli, and sugar. The other dipping sauce is pre-made from asian store. It has like peanut and soybean flavor to it.

What sort of sorcery is this? Why am I considering eating mushrooms? Have I fallen victim to the main stream propaganda of Big Mushroom? There can only be one way out of this conspiracy... and it's through!
@BLFTNWАй бұрын
@andrewbillington5422 when you're tired of eating the same thing all the time, you must find the alternative source to satisfy your taste bud. In other words, it's fun to catch your own foods!

please don't forget to tap them so you can disperse the spores, thanks.

I think you should cut them rather than pull them as to leave the misilium so new can grow.
