I do this ALL THE TIME and I worry it will mess the algorithm up. BUT, I also lack in confidence and feel like I don’t have much to say or even how to convey any message I’m trying to get out there. With that, I think it has to do with my cognitive function. I scored 27 out of 100 on my Viome test. Which basically means I’m struggling due to my gut health, bacteria and microbes. I am going to share these results and I hope I will see a change in all that by following the recommendations that came back, per my body.

Do you take many herbs? Herbs have phytonutrients to combat all the things you just listed, especially microbes.

@@onenessjunkie Viome gives you a complete custom made herbal remedy to take if you choose. I have taken herbs in the past too and they did help, I unfortunately didn’t stay the course. This time I have too. I swear by Japanese knotweed for my Lyme and I also take Gymnema for blood sugars. That can be an herb that potentially could be dangerous if you already have diabetes or hypoglycemia. I know how to dose it properly for my body so I don’t go over board and dangerously drop my Blood Sugar. I’ve also made my own tinctures in the past. With this test, it does say I do have to stay away from elderberry for now. So, I’ll do just that.
