So back in jan 21 I grabbed a set of amd evo x II 3200 16gb. it will oc a little bit, but I couldn't get it beyond 3400. I ended up removing it then installing my trusty set of team dark pro 3200 and clocked it to 4k stable without even adding voltage... didn't break a sweat. that being said, It still performs well, and newegg recently ran a sale on it, so I grabbed two 16gb kits of 3600 for $84.22 shipped and am also planning on swapping out my gigabyte z370 gaming 7 + i5-9600k for a gigabyte x470 gaming 7 + ryzen 7 5700x3d, and I'm thinking this memory will be a perfect match for it. In terms of tightening the timings though, the team dark pro with samsung b-dies is drastically superior to the evo x II but the only kits I can find are used coming from the UK and the cheapest listings cost more than 4 sticks of brand new evo x II. you CAN tighten the timings with these sticks you just have to spend a lot of time getting them sorted. In the end, I think this ram is perfect for someone who wants solid performing ram that also looks amazing and doesn't plan on ocin'g it much or if any at all, compared to something like the team dark pro where the emphasis is particularly on overclocking.

Personally, I find the Ortofon OM10 - or even the Ortofon OM-5 -- is better than the 2M Red. And, yes, I have owned all. It's also a different, more neutral flavor from the Audio Technica AT95 (which is a good cartridge, but more "zippy"/forward). The OM10 is easy to live with for sure. That's probably why it's been around for so long. As is the Nagaoka MP-110. Of course, all cartridges (please everyone, quit saying "CARTS" - it just sounds stupid) need to be run in 10-20 hours to really sound right.

3:15 Thank you for saying this! i had the lp60x for 2 years and now started to see people saying it "destroys your records" on reddit💀 a lot of them said it also had skipping issues which at least to me was non existent. only thing i'm questioning right now is if it's bad it doesn't have a counterweight because i heard it's very important for record players.

Since I already have a ortofon 2m blue and acrylic platter mat, I'm getting the rt82, and save some cash. Essentially it will be a rt85 I'll be running it with my yamaha a-s701 integrated amp, schiit mani 2 preamp into my wharfedale diamond 12.2 bookshelf speakers

For something that you can get for $40 on sale, it’s a great keyboard.

The Ortofon 10 is a nice cart but lacks punch it's only 4.5mv and the Ortofon Red is 5.5mv, I did notice the fluance sounds warmer and speed was right on the Lp was faster!

I bought one for travel since My laptop monitor is broke. tested it at home, great, used it out and about once, great. Tried it a 2nd time, didn't work. Anytime I connect the HDMI it says "No signal, power saving" then goes to sleep so it knows *something* is there.

No. This is a piece of crap. Its a blatant copy of the Fifine, but cheaper. Whats worse is there is plenty of other nobody companies releasing this exact same piece of crap, in the exact same style, with only a name change. Save your money and buy a proper microphone, like a shure or other big name brand. And if you're low on money, still dont even bother. Quality is always better than something you're probably going to throw in the trash later anyways.

I've had mine for 3 years now no issues it sounds great haven't hooked up to my Sony receiver with Polk Audio speakers and subwoofer did you clean your records properly and your stylist I can promise you you're going to have no problems with this turntable is turntable sounds better than some 500.00 turntables great value
