Will never suggest anyone to use their service. When you book in advance, they show a certain price and after you take a ride you end up being charged over 200 rupees more. And when you ask the customer service, they say some airport charges. Why isn't this mentioned during pre-booking? They don't know to answer these questions. I have the screenshot of my conversation and would definitely post on social media as their customer service do not know how to talk to customers and this company cheats their users or should I say loots them. This way you are looting customers in the name of saving environment and this way you are encouraging people not to use your services and instead use Ola or Uber and pollute the environment. Ridiculous company with no transparency at all. I'm sure IIT or IIM or any Graduation institutes do not teach these thing and wonder what the founders have learnt.
