I love the insights into the arts that this and “the creative process” podcast have, yet so few views or followers/the algorithm needs to sort this out, as much as I love knowing these niche interviews are out there, I want more for you without compromising the integrity.

I love these episodes, could Claire pls speak closer to the mic or adjust it as the volume levels are off, the guest was clear, Claire is often barely audible.

Thank you for your authenticity and the honesty of your story, I had a 50/50 moment after becoming disabled and then started to go to the opera and theatre every other month and I made a great friend who is now my ultimate plus one, and the stories and the theatre as a type of church made me feel connected and I love that and so in a way the arts saved my life as I was suicidal and self harming in a big way due to disability mid life and not coping. Thank you as I hadn’t recognised the full truth of that 50/50 moment.

Thank you for your kind words, and sorry to hear of your struggles. Theatre can be such a powerful healer, so I'm glad you've been able to experience that side of the industry!

I’ve had the privilege of seeing ZJ last week in Hadestown and also in Akhnaten he was brilliant and breathtaking with really solid performances. Thank you for the podcast I like what you’re doing and the theatre and opera world has so many stories to be told by singers, actors and dancers. Any insight into the performers in shows help the audience understand and relate to the work

My wife and I spent a week vacationing in London and went to see the Phantom of the Opera. Two days later, we got tickets to see the show again. Absolutely breathtaking show, from production, to acting, sound, decor, lights, etc. Jon's performance was outstanding, created a lot of tension, emotion, power and soul. I simply cannot get it out of my mind, I keep going back to those feelings i felt at the time and I am researching everything I can about the man. This interview is great, nice to get to see this side of him. So thank you! I will definitely go back to London soon to see the show again.

A path I sometimes wish I had gone down. I married a production manager at the NT instead! Very well done to Lorna. I taught her aged 8 and she was something special even then.. a favourite pupil😊

Another excellent episode. Alexia is wise. Great to see someone growing from “But I just sing it” to the depth and complexity of her thoughts now. She’s worked out a lot about life. Great questions from the two of you as well, you create such an easy arena for people to share their life and thoughts in

A wonderful actress and a gorgeous human being. You just need to see the way she speaks to the younger fan waiting at the stage door to understand how amazing she is 💚

Why aren’t there more views….? Such a wonderful episode, especially learning more about Alexia. She was my first Nala in the Lion King, my second Elphaba during her first contract with Wicked, and my most recent Elphie from last year. I’ve loved watching her career, and also this sneak peak behind the curtain. Definitely subscribing to this podcast!

Amazing interview. I listened to Jon’s recording of Enjolras on repeat when preparing to play the role myself in Australia. Then I flew over London and caught Jon as Valjean. He was PHENOMENAL, it was like I was watching the show with fresh eyes. Thank you for this. P.S I love the SOVT straws 😊
