i cant hear what ref is saying but it looked like he started them back fighting and Croatia guy was trying to say something to ref. But to me it did look like the ref started them back to fighting the way he did his hands then backed away.

It seems grey area with the rules (US kickboxing/Muay Thai) and the inexperienced ref turned this one into a shitshow. Branko was using the clinch and knee which was banned, he was warned repeatedly. Then midway through Alexio threw a spinning back elbow and cut Branko, where he complained. Then he did an uppercut off a very weak break. Then the rest.
