That's why I don't like matchmaking systems. You log into random server with random people, match take 15 minutes - everyone play meta. Match end, you will never see those people again. No place for creating community or friendships. How I don't like modern Counter-Strike, I remember CS 1.6 fondly. All custom sounds, models, maps. You could add server to favourites and come back to it on another day to meet same people you talk yesterday...
