As an on off player for over 20 years I feel I’m in position to comment on this. RuneScape over the years has always had gold seller issues. The only people who really cared about it were flippers manipulating the rare prices or jagex. Each time I come back to play it seems that jagex are using manipulative tactics to squeeze money out of people. As if they should have it rather than the farmers. Like they gave in and joined them but tarted it up to look different, but it’s ok to break their own rules. In the past it was that you paid a membership, then got a bit more for your game. Now there’s skins and premium membership, chests, all sorts of cash grab schemes. People used to like RuneScape because it was cheaper than wow and nostalgic. Now they’re so far from their audience they host podcasts and questionnaires, but it’s a show. They historically have always just done whatever they want and pushed it as the player’s choice.

20:50 There's a setting in game to add a wiki button on the right of the chat box so instead of "/wiki green party hat" you can just click the button and type "green party hat" added bonus is that it ends you typing afterwards so you don't get that happening.
