The Klein half resperator cover design looks like it inherently offers more protection to the wearer than the 3M half respirator designs.

If you typically put everything in the backpack, then why purchase the tool pouch?
@Half-Watt_toolreviews23 сағат бұрын
Depending on the task I change tools and loadouts…. And better to have it in the backpack close by then have to go back to your car to get more tools

I started with the Klein model that you show second and hated them so much that I gave them away. All of Klein snips really dig into the palm of your hand and are uncomfortable. I switched the Knipex you show 2nd last, and it’s a big upgrade. The Knipex are comfortable and cut much better. I got the Knipex version with the plastic holster.
@Half-Watt_toolreviews6 күн бұрын
Try the angled grip cuts way smoother and less stress on the palm especially if you are cutting alot

Hows the smart sense on these? Should I buy the cheaper ones that dont have smart sense? It sounds useful so I kinda want them for that.
@Half-Watt_toolreviewsАй бұрын
The smart sense on both the Milwaukee and Klein is great does its job buttttttt….. if your working on a commercial jobsite 9 out of 10 times safety gona make you take them off cause it’s happen to me. Milwaukee Pros: great battery life, sense works great and comfortable in the ear Cons: bulky as heck Klein Pros: small pockets size case good battery life, and all day comfort in the ear Cons: none Honeslty
@linvol20Ай бұрын
Great information thank you.
@linvol203 сағат бұрын
I got the ones without smart sense. I have small ears. These are kinda large. They hurt a little. But I’m starting to get used to it. I got them for the foam tips but ended up with the smaller silicone tips. My ears hurt if I use them a lot. But they wont fall out like my old apple air pods. They do block out noise, even with the silicone pads. They have a very small white noise, like rain. Which is kinda unfortunate because otherwise they sound good. But you probably won’t notice it… I defenetly do. Sometimes they disconnect and I’m still not sure how to get them connected again. I have to put them in the case and out again. The case is small.. too small imo, I wish it would have space to store 2 extra ear tips. The screen is nice, shows batteries charge. The ones I got didnt have smart sense, they seemed pricy and I wasn’t sure if the buds would suit me, from my understanding they seem to use eq/frequency to filter/amplify noise. Which could easily be good or bad depending on what type of noises you want or exclude. But I can not confrim. I wanted these for working on my yard like my lawn mower. I use glasses and hats so buds are my best option. For that, the discomfort and noise issue wont bother me for short periods. Another thing, ive only used apple earbuds and with those I would get notifications from text…. Not with these though. Idk if thats a apple only thing but I do miss that. I wish I had known before I would probably not buy these again, but I would definitely keep an eye out on newer models as they are close to being great. I suspect the air pods pro, the ones with the silicone would compare to these but they cost more.

I use my mines without the strap/band. There’s a clip on the Milwaukee hardhat that u can connect that too. Only thing I don’t like about the 600 is that it’s a bit front heavy so u gotta tighten your hat a little extra when working. I’m thinking about returning it for the newer 600 lumen flood headlamp. I have the older one which doesn’t fit perfectly on my hardhat just cuz the wires is like an inch too short. I guess they made it a bit longer on the 2nd gen
@Half-Watt_toolreviewsАй бұрын
I agree I only use the 600 when I’m running light for long periods of time and the smaller one for regular gigs
@jimkeo6926Ай бұрын
@ I used the 600 watt flood/spot light for like 3 days and went back to my old 600 flood light. Going to see if I can return them or exchange them for the gen 2 600 watt flood light
