It depends. So long as the computer can run gta it will most likely be able to run lspdfr. But its when you start adding things that it gets harder for the hardware. But generally go for stationary computers. Some specs to look out for are i5 through i9 processors. 16gb or higher RAM and a good gpu (graphics card). I run a Rtx 3060 ti and it does wonders, but my buddy runs a (iirc) amd radeon 590 which also does wonders for gta.

You can actually tell dispatch "Show me 10-8" instead of "Show me Code-4" as Code-4 means that a scene is clear, and 10-8 means you are available for calls. Hope this helps!
